Kimberly Tabor, D.O., completed her undergraduate degree at Central Michigan University, earning a Bachelor's of Science degree in Sports Medicine. Before going to medical school, she earned certification as an Athletic Trainer and served as Sports Medicine Clinic Head Athletic Trainer at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she led lectures and hands-on laboratory training, worked in the outpatient clinic, and helped to cover all of the university's athletic practices and games.
She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing internships in both internal medicine and family practice at Garden City Osteopathic Hospital. She also completed a fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine through Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and was selected to serve as a Tutor during that time. Following, Dr. Tabor practiced family medicine in Cookeville, Tennessee from 1996 through 2014.
She currently practices family medicine at Saint Thomas Medical Partners DeKalb located in Smithville, TN.
